The students at the Baltimore International College's culinary school work with the head chef to produce wonderful meals at their lunchtime restaurant. The dining room is elegant, with chandeliers and high ceilings painted sky-blue with clouds. And you have to love the young staff, who are obviously proud of their delicious work. Bowing to demand, the menu has gotten more casual with salads, soups, panini, and pizzas -- fast food created by culinary students! If you're downtown, this is a pleasant way to break for lunch.
