July 13th Baltimore Chefs and Wine Experience. noon-6pm Grand tasting 4:30-6pm
$55 / $100 VIP
Food and wine experts from across the country, including nationally known chefs and winemakers, growers, purveyors, authors, and food and wine commentators will present alongside some of Baltimore's best chefs. Enjoy cooking demonstrations from top local and national chefs. Wines from regions across the world will be represented. Visitors will be able to taste award winning, boutique and internationally recognized labels, speak to winemakers, national and Baltimore chefs and sample fine foods. Select wines will be available for sale onsite.
July 19th (Rain date July 20th) Slow Food Baltimore and Gunpowder Bison Trading Company host a Maryland-Style Bison BBQ. noon-6pm Grand tasting 5pm - Guided Tour of the Farm
6-10pm Bison BBQ
An old fashioned cookout on the deck with bison burgers, sausages, fajiatas and an array of local summer-time sides. Iced tea and water will be served.
Bring your own wine or beer to enjoy.
Cost is $40 per person.
